Classes start at 5:30pm for ages 6 to 25

Classes offered weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5:30pm. Book the club for 4 consecutive weeks or an individual class. Credits can be given with a 24 hour notice of cancelation to a future class.

Regular Menu Options

Adult Pricing for Regular Menu Options are $55 a person and kids/teen classes are $35 a person. This includes an entrée, protein, side, dessert and the 2 hour class. We also provide Lemonade and Sweet Tea. Parties 21 and older are allowed to bring their own alcohol. Glasses and openers are provided. Upgrades are available. For example, appetizers, extra proteins, salad bars, and premium options for an upcharge.

Homemade Pasta and a sauce of your choice.

Made from scratch pasta by hand.

Sauce choices include:

Shrimp or Chicken Carbonara, Italian Sausage or Ground Beef Vodka Marinara, Tuscan Chicken or Salmon ($5 extra for Salmon), Chicken or Shrimp Alfredo, Beef Bolognese Sauce.

Chicken Marsala and a Side

An Italian inspired dish using Marsala wine including mushrooms. Can leave out if desired, but a main component of the sauce. Pairs great with Mashed Potatoes, Pasta, or Sautéed Vegetables.

Chicken Cordon Bleu and Mashed Potatoes with Dijon Cream Sauce

Flatten a chicken breast cutlet and stuff with ham and swiss cheese into a roulade (rolled chicken). Learn how to batter and fry to perfection with Homemade Mashed Potatoes and a Creamy Dijon Sauce. You can substitute with another side if desired.

Risotto with Chicken, Shrimp or Italian Sausage

A creamy Italian Rice famously cooked on culinary TV shows that makes for a delicious main dish with protein cooked in the Risotto or as a side with a Ribeye, Chicken, or Salmon Class. 

Chicken Parmesan and Angel Hair Pasta

Flattened and Fried Chicken Breast Cutlet paired with a homemade Marinara sauce and Angel Hair Noodles. Learn how to batter and fry chicken and knife skills.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken and a side

Marinated and pan seared chicken breast cutlet. Topped with a cheese blend and panko broiled in the oven for a creamy and delicious finish. Best paired with mashed potatoes, but can choose a different side.

Chicken Schnitzel and a side.

Flattened and Fried Chicken Breast cutlet and a side. 

Pairs well with a Hot German Bacon Potato Salad, but can customize a different side item. Learn how to batter and fry chicken and knife skills.

Pan Seared Bone-In Pork Chop and a side.

Cast Iron Pan Seared Bone-In Pork Chop (Fried or Regular) served with a side. Pairs well with Homemade Applesauce, Fried Apples, Loaded or Regular Mashed Potatoes, Fried Potatoes, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Twice Baked Potatoes. Other side option can be discussed.

Juicy Lucy or Regular Cheeseburger with Bacon Jam

Learn how to make the most delicious and juicy Cheeseburger paired with a salty, sweet Bacon Jam and a Homemade Garlic Aioli. Pairs well with Roasted Little Potatoes, Homemade French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Onion Rings or Mac N Cheese. Can customize different sides. Juicy Lucy is a cheese stuffed burger.

Chicken or Shrimp Fried Rice with Yum Yum Sauce

Learn how to cook rice properly along with a variety of knife skills for this delicious dish. Served with a made from scratch Yum Yum Sauce. Add Crab Rangoons or Egg Rolls as an appetizer to top it off!

Homemade Sushi Class

Learn how to make and roll sushi. 2 rolls per couple. Add Crab Rangoons or Egg Rolls for a delicious appetizer. Learn the secrets to the rice that makes sushi so delicious. 

Sesame Chicken and Rice

Batter and Fry Crispy Chicken bites and toss in a sweet and savory Homemade Sesame Chicken Sauce. Learn how to make rice properly and various knife skills. Best served with rice or stir fried vegetables. Add Crab Rangoons or Egg Rolls for a delicious Appetizer.

General Tsos Chicken and Rice

Batter and Fry Crispy Chicken bites and toss in a rich Homemade  General Tsos sauce. Learn how to make rice properly and various knife skills. Best served with Rice or Stir Fried Vegetables. Add Crab Rangoons or Egg Rolls for a delicious Appetizer.

Orange Chicken and Rice

Batter and Fry Crispy Chicken bites and toss in a sweet and savory Homemade Orange Chicken sauce. Learn how to make rice properly and various knife skills. Best served with Rice or Stir Fried Vegetables. Add Crab Rangoons or Egg Rolls for a delicious Appetizer.

Chicken Tikka Masala and a Side

A crowd favorite Indian dish with a creamy tomato based sauce infused with different Indian Spices. Can choose to make spicy or have none at all. Pair with Homemade Jasmine or Basmati Rice learning how to cook it properly. Add Homemade Garlic Naan Bread or Vegetable Pakora with a Mint Yogurt Sauce for an appetizer to make for the perfect Indian experience. Protein is typically chicken but can substitute or make vegetarian.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken or Shrimp with Confetti Rice and Coconut Sauce.

A Jamaican inspired dish infused with colorful and fragrant vegetables in the Confetti Rice served with a spicy Jamaican Jerk seasoning on Chicken or Shrimp cooked to perfection. Finished with a Homemade Coconut Sauce. 

Breakfast/Brunch

Customize a breakfast class:

French Toast and Country Breakfast Skillet or one protein (bacon, sausage or eggs)

Homemade Pancakes and Country Breakfast Skillet or one protein (Bacon, sausage or eggs)

Fried Potatoes can also be substituted.

French Toast and Pancakes pair well with a Bananas Foster or Strawberry Flambe for dessert for a sauce.

Add an appetizer to this class before cooking for an additional $5 per person. If some people in the class cannot have beef and desire to substitute a different protein, we can accommodate.

Cast Iron Filet Mignon

Learn how to perfectly cook a Filet Mignon in a Cast Iron Skillet. Cook steak to your liking internally. Paired with a side. Best paired with Risotto, Regular or Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Twice Baked Potatoes, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fried Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes or any other side choice. Add an Appetizer to this class before cooking for an additional $5 per person. If some people in the class cannot have beef and desire to substitute a different protein, we can accommodate.

Surf and Turf

65 per person

Learn how to perfectly cook a New York Strip Steak or Sirloin in a Cast Iron Skillet. Cook steak to your liking internally. Paired with a side.
